ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Hila, a singer, songwriter, and voice/songwriting teacher who’s been immersed
in music for almost two decades.
I’ve spent the past decade working with singers of all ages and backgrounds, from total beginners to seasoned pros, and I’ve learned that everyone’s really after the same thing: the tools to express themselves through music.
Every voice is different, and my job is to help you find yours. We’ll focus on whatever you need most, whether that’s breath control, phrasing, belting, riffing, or feeling more confident and connected to the music. I teach across styles like pop, rock, jazz, R&B, and country, and my studio is a supportive, creative space where all identities are welcome and celebrated.
If you’re a songwriter or want to be, we’ll explore melody, chords, structure, lyrics, and storytelling to help you write songs that feel true to you.
Lessons are available in my Brooklyn studio or online anywhere in the world, so wherever you are, let’s make some music together!

Which is the right fit for me?
I teach in my studio in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, or online via Zoom. Whether you want to refine your vocal technique, explore different genres, develop your songwriting, or combine it all, I welcome students of all levels and backgrounds with warmth and curiosity, and I would love to be part of your musical journey.
